Guacamelee Dev Goes 3D With Co-Op Action Game Blighted

At Summer Game Fest, Drinkbox Studios revealed that it’s making the leap to 3D with new co-op action game Blighted. The Toronto-based developer is known for its vibrant 2D games Guacamelee and Nobody Saves The World, although judging from this first look, it’s not sacrificing its distinct aesthetic. With an isometric perspective, there’s a little bit of Hades to this action game, which can be played solo or co-op. It’s confirmed for Steam, where you can wishlist it now. More will be revealed during Day of the Devs.
